Mobile makeup, hair styling, and salon service team located in Ontario, Toni Rose Makeup Hair, and Spa Services is a company that specializes in professional makeup artistry, hair, and esthetic services for weddings and other special occasions that call for a flawlessly beautiful looks. Toni Rose is a graduate of the Advanced Make-Up Artistry and Special Effects program at Toronto Metropolitian University and has worked in a salon, and on set with other companies out on her own as a freelance makeup artist.

Hello! My name is Toni Rose Williams. I have been doing makeup professionally for the last 10 years. I have experience in Bridal, Film & Television, and Beauty makeup for special events.
I would love to bring my level of expertise to make your wedding extra special.

Hi, I’m Livia and I’ve been a hairstylist for 9 years. I offer a range of services in bridal styling, haircutting and hair colouring in and outside of the GTA. I love doing Bridal hair. Bridal to me is so beautiful and romantic. I love to communicate with the art of up styling. I offer variations of bridal styling; boho, glam, modern, vintage, braids and extensions if preferred.
On my days off I continue to elevate my craft by working with a team of artists behind the camera participating in photoshoots for magazines and hair shows.

Toni Rose did an amazing job with wedding day makeup for me and by bridesmaids. I hired Toni after having issues my original makeup artist's responsiveness (likely due to covid). Obviously, I had some concerns about more vendors ghosting me, but Toni was able to talk with me on the phone, and her personality and professionalism immediately assured me she would be a good fit. My make-up on the day of turned out exactly, the way I wanted it, even after changing my mind on my look after the trial. Toni even came to my venue for touch-ups after the photos but before the ceremony which was outstanding. Everyone at the wedding commented on how beautiful I looked, and I truly did feel stunning. My makeup even held up through the many tears I shed during the ceremony! I was also impressed with how accommodating Toni and her team were - I had two bridesmaids with extra sensitive skin, one who even needed to use her own face products, and they were able to work with everyone's needs and requests. I would highly recommend Toni Rose to anyone wanting makeup services in the GTA.
